Surprise birthday cake for Mama in Kilimanjaros today!

25 years and still counting…

A video presentation I made for my parents’ silver wedding this 2nd of May (which I will blog about soon). Oh man, I’ve been so bad with keeping up with Tumblr lately.

NBA time with my team!

1, 2, 3, 4.

Last weekend.

Love is being in a city that you’re not familiar with. Just strolling around not knowing exactly where to go, seeing people you haven’t met in your whole life. Love is spending quality time with very special people and just listening to their stories, laughters and more laughters. Love is breathing in the cold, crisp winter air. Love is dancing the night away with awesome people. Love is everywhere.

……..my intro was a little too dreamy. I know. But that’s exactly how I felt during our visit to Wycombe and London last weekend. It almost felt like a dream. The time just definitely flew. That three night stay was not enough at all. We didn’t even get to roam around London properly since the underground just decided to close itself and made it harder for us (esp. to our poor tortured feet) to go from one place to another. But it was still a good experience. Just the four of us, goofing around and talking about the most random stuff like always, thinking about how we’re growing up and growing old and shit most of siblings who have our kind of closeness would talk about.

Thank goodness for technology that it’s easy to capture memories now. If it weren’t for videos and photos, I would probably forget most of it.

The Standard Front Camera Shot just before heading to Bucks SU.

I think this was the “Slippery Nipple” shot.

Sex On The Beach

Three girls 1 pitcher. :P

All of the lights.

Awesome crown in Bucks!

Had a lot of fun dancing with these guys! Not raunchy but not tasteless. Ha.

Time for some Japanese yumyum.

Too sexy.

Beautiful architectural structures.

Some more Japanese yumyum before heading back to Wycombe.

Filipino lunch and breakfast at the Perez’ humble abode. Again, happy tummy!

As I was looking through all the photos and videos, I just couldn’t help and realise how much I should go back for more. Sometimes, not getting enough is a good thing. :)

A video of our London weekend since I can’t blog all about it just yet.

Life gets boring sometimes. The perks of having sisters and having a tight bond with them is that you know you’re not alone even if you feel lonely. The day will never go by without memories made, without decent/stupid/random/dirty(?)/funny conversations. Even brushing teeth, eating or sitting is fun. Even getting told off is fun (if I’m sat next to Chia). I love them all. I love them to the core! :D

PS: We miss you Twinkle. I hope you see this video and get really excited for Furriday!

My sisters. ;)

From serious to silly.
  • Chia *reading a tweet*: "Our only purpose here on earth is to achieve union with God." It's so true! Nothing freaking matters!
  • Me: I know right? Nothing will matter in the end. It will all be about relationship so we have to build good relationship with people.
  • Reen: No one will ever survive anyway.
  • Chia: It wouldn't matter how nice your car is, or how great your job is. Because in the end, WE ARE ALL GONNA DIE ANYWAY!!!
  • *All laughs*
  • Chia: So Daddy, chill! Cos we're all gonna die anyway!!!
  • Aura: Queen Elizabeth, chill! Cos we're all gonna die anyway!!!
  • Obama, chill! Cos we're all gonna die anyway!!!
  • *Laughters*

Miami Heat - 2012 NBA Champion!

Yes! Finally! Our team made it! I’m just glad and proud and all happy that I really need to put it on my Tumblr. haha But yeah, it really is well deserved! That’s what I would call a great team work. With James, Wade, Bosh and the rest of the team playing like how they played it in Game 5, I personally think they can win a championship again. The King has finally got his ring and probably will win more! He’s the first player in NBA history with at least 650 points 200 rebounds & 100 assists in a single postseason.

LeBron James, MVP of the Finals. Given everything you’ve been through, when the clock hit triple-zeroes, what’s the first thing that ran through your mind?” Scott asked.

James took a second, shook his head to the right, then spoke.

“It’s about damn time,” the MVP answered, smiling as the crowd roared. “It’s about damn time.”

“And last year, I tried to prove something to everybody, and I played with a lot of hate,” James continued. “And that’s not the way I play the game of basketball. I play it with a lot of love, and a lot of passion, and that’s what I got back to this year.”

Eeesh. Ang saya ko lang talaga, no? haha I will definitely miss times like this. The Playoffs and Finals have been one of the great times we spent with our Dad. Even though he doesn’t have one son, he still have his angels to watch NBA with him - to wake up and cheer with him in the wee hours of the morning. :D

Brunch

It’s a Saturday today and since it’s a weekend, I decided to sleep in a little and the weather is just perfect for a lazy day - rain and clouds.

But since my tummy started rumbling, I just had to come downstairs and look for food. You know that frustrating moment to see an empty breakfast table in the morning? T_T It makes me so grumpy. And I don’t like being grumpy so I decided to cook us some breakfast. Or brunch rather.

First off, an egg omelette with parsley and some hash browns. I love eggs for breakfast. I think it’s one of my usual breakfast repertoire. Except from it being delicious, it’s very healthy and it helps you lose weight because of the feeling of satiety that it gives you for a longer time which then repels you from wanting a mid morning snack.

Next off is this tomato soup or sauce or whatever. I just got this off my Aunt back in the Philippines and since I got back here in UK, I’ve always wanted to cook it. It’s very easy to do and since it’s home made, I’m sure it’s 100% healthy.

And of course, cappuccino! Even though coffee isn’t really a healthy option, I still love it. Just like what they say, “Masarap ang bawal”.

It’s been a happy morning with sisters. As usual, we talked about the most random stuff ever. From love to family to studies to ghosts. See how diverse our topics can be? hehe

Meet my adorable younger cousins, Ria and SJ. I can really sense how hard it is to be internet deprived for a while, haha. I love both of them! We’re so lucky we had the chance to grow  up together. Ate G is now  teenager and SJ - from being just a little cute and harmless baby to a very cheeky, (okay, fine) still cute little boy.

Coffee with sisters.
